Mack is a fourth generation native of Cody. He has been a photographer since just after high school. He studied radio and TV broadcasting at Central Wyoming College in Riverton and Montana State in Bozeman. He has spent most of his career in broadcasting, movie theater management, and over ten
years as a Cody businessman with a 1-hour photo lab. Mack now works as the digital technician at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, where he scans and prints negatives, photos, and documents from the various collections (such as Charles Belden.) He also guides occasionally for Tour2Yellowstone. His primary photographic interest is landscapes, where he favors the panoramic format. He’s the past-Chairman of the Cody Conservation District and a past-president of the Cody Lions Club.
